We do not share consumer SMS consent with any third parties.

Information from Dealership Clients (Business Users):

Information from End Consumers (Car Shoppers Receiving SMS):

TextMyCarDeal acts solely as a Data Processor/Service Provider for information collected from End Consumers. This data is owned and controlled by our Dealership Clients.

  • Phone numbers (collected directly by the dealership via opt-in forms powered by our software on the dealership's website, or uploaded directly by the dealership).
  • Interaction data: Whether you opened, clicked, replied, or redeemed an offer.
  • Location-based data (if enabled and consented to by the dealership or user).

Automatically Collected Information:

We support TCPA and other applicable telecommunications laws.

Regarding End Consumer data, we do not share, sell, or rent this data to any third parties. The data belongs solely to the Dealership Client that collected it, and we only process it as instructed by them.
